As a landlord we understand the value of having well maintained quality housing.  It is the key to establishing and maintaining the long term rental relationships with the tenants.

To ensure the quality of our homes we provide maintenance services to our tenants during the lease term.  

We always provide a list of maintenance personnel/companies that are available for our tenants.  Providing this list allows the tenant to schedule maintenance directly with the provider and coordinate the time in which the maintenance is performed. 

We all have many responsibilities and lead busy lives.  Providing the tenant with the maintenance list  assures that the maintenance issues are being addressed quickly and responsibly to the tenant's satisfaction. 

Tenant's Responsibility

    It is the tenant's responsibility to maintain and care for the property in a honest, trustworthy and responsible manner.  That is, the tenant is to keep the property clean and the good repair during the lease term.

Landlord Responsibility

It is the landlord's responsibility to provide the tenant a safe and well maintained property.
