General Maintenance InformationThis page is under construction. This page will provide helpful tips on General Maintenance issues and how to resolve them. It will also provide helpful telephone numbers for Maintenance Personnel and information lines to assist in problem resolution. Please check back for additional information.
Instructions: All Maintenance issues are to be reported to landlord in writing and tenant's are required by the lease agreement to make notification of any maintenance issues within 24 hours. Tenant's are to always contact Todd M. Sawyer (listed in the General Maintenance section of the Contractor's Page) first on ALL maintenance issues. If an emergency situation arises and Todd Sawyer doesn’t respond within eight (8) business hours then contact the appropriate contractor and the Landlord. Additionally, Tenant's are required to notify the Landlord of any and all maintenance issues immediately as they arise.
