Maintenance ContractorsContractors will contact the Landlord if there are questions, concerns or issues related with any maintenance and repair. Contractors will not generally discuss costs, time, or other concerns about the maintenance problem with the tenant unless directed by the Landlord. The Contractor will typically take the time to identify and communicate with the tenant about preventative measures or steps that the tenant can perform to reduce the risk of maintenance issues or reoccurring problems with the property. Contractors will generally not ask tenant for any money, the contractor's
generally bill the landlord directly for maintenance completed. The
tenant's costs for maintenance are outlined in the lease agreement. The
