I really like the area that this home is in. I live in another subdivision of Orange Park close by. Alot of great shopping areas and resturants just within a couple of miles. Wal-Mart is 1/2 mile away, Lowe's, several different church organizations and the Orange Park Mall is a bout 5 miles away. The city of Jacksonville is literally just over the river and the beaches are within 30 miles. So, you still have the feel of a "small" town, but the "big" town excitement is close by. Of course, Jacksonville is home of the Jaguars, close to Daytona Beach and the "BIG" race is close to see NASCAR. St. Augustine is an easy 40 minute drive and there's so much to see there with it being the oldest city in the United States. So much for everyone to see and do.
